ebuyer are doing this 20 Gig MP3 player. about the cheapest in the country (Unless you know better)

It holds about 5000 MP3s.

also doubles up as a decent sized Extrenal Hard Drive. (My internal HD is only 40 Gig)

Made of metal and about the size of a 20s fag packet. Good reviews too.

Not quite the cheapest.
40gb for £49.99 but I wouldn't buy it, it looks like an old sony walkman

I doubt you'd be able to get one now anyway, they've been out of stock for months.

While we are on the subject of mp3 players, anyone know where the cheapest place to get a 2 gig i pod nano from is? I'm not bothered about it being one of the newer versions released the other day, but unfortunately, it can't be from the apple re-furbished site as it is for a present, and I want it in it's original packaging!!

If you have a local John Lewis - try there. I went in to one last week in WGC and they had one in a sale - I think it was £85 (I think that's cheap(ish)?

Also, Apple have there refurbed ones for £65 - I bought a load of ipods earlier this year and they were actually brand new (not refurbed at all).
