I had a problem with a product i bought from the harpic range, i phoned them and they sent me a cheque for £6 because they said they were waiting for vouchers to be sent to them. So may have to wait a while, i told them i didnt want a cheque and sent them back and they said the vouchers would take several weeks.People who live in glass houses shouldnt throw stones...

sorry if i'm being dim, but your sent a chq for actual cash you can spend on anything you like, and it sounds like you've sent it back in favour of vouchers that limit what/where you can spend them, and will take ages to arrive -
