All accounts included in your trust deed will stay on your credit report for 6 years - so should now be wiped off.0

I found that a fair number of my creditors had an incorrect date listed as the default date, meaning that outstanding debts would be delayed in being automatically cleared after 6 years (some by as much as 18 months). - so I ended up writing to all the entries with errors asking for them to be corrected under ICO rules. You might want to get a copy of your credit references and check the dates.:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls
