I have been in a DMP with Payplan for just over 6 months. Some creditors have frozen the interest ( not many though...MINT, Morgan Stanley etc haven't!). Anyway I digress........GE Capital have now filed for a CCJ - timely considering I stopped the PPI only a few weeks ago!........they have decided that they want £500 off me.........they can whistle dixie......I can't give them anymore than I have got!
I have made a commitment to pay them back............just not at the minimum payment!
When do they ever stop?????
