Hi wondering if anyone can help me, we were on a dmp plan and were in the position to pay off our debt every one has been paid apart from vanquis we sent them 2 letter about full and partial settlement and have never recieved a reply.
I rang them and they said that a debt collections agency had the account and they couldnt do anything on it and had sent the letters onto them. Rang the debt collections who said they didnt have it, it was with them last year and they sent it back to vanquis, we have rang them numerous times and every time both them tell me neither have got it, we havent paid anything since may as that was when we stopped all payments as everyone got paid in may yet no one has even sent any letters saying about missed payments or anything.
Id rather pay it as dont want in a few months time for them to come sending demand letters but no one will accept payment as they both say they dont have access to the account
