  • Saves you £1.99 but you have to spend (and physically pay) £2.50 on any orders.

Their also bad with communication. I ordered some Extra strong cathedral city cheese but received regular. I understand they may have run out but they left no note (their site said they would), no email or nothing about the change and the regular is cheaper then extra strong, I didn't get the difference refunded (also mentioned on the site). I couldn't be bothered to follow it up as it wasn't much difference, but I wont be shopping there again.

i didn't have to pay any £2.50? probably because i have a direct debit set up. just ordered the juice, put in the code and they confirmed it at £0. no min spend, no extra spend nothing.
  • "The minimum order value for a single payment is £ 2.50 Please place an order for £ 2.50 or above. Alternatively you can set-up a regular payment in 'My Account' and there won't be a minimum order value."

Do you get it regularly? I have my debit card set up on the site as well - its how I made my 1st order.

a few months ago i saw an offer for a free £5 order so i subscribed at the time and had to set up a direct debit i think. so did that but my order was exactly £5 so no payment went out. thereafter i've been ordering just the freebies posted on here and ones they email me (juice, eggs etc) and till date no payment has ever been taken. i've never had a minimum order message.. i think you need to set up a direct debit? hope this helps?

ohhh your right. Iv just set up a direct debit and its accepted my order. Im gonna enjoy my free juice on Friday :)

Thanks for that. You may want to mention that if it asks for a minimum spend of £2.50 then you need to go to:

My account > Payment details & set up the DD there. Thanks again. :)

Thanks, from myself and a friend!
  • My juice was supposed to arrive today but it didn't. If it doesn't come on Monday (their next delivering day) then im phoning them up.

They have definitely lost a paying customer. Only freebies for now on, their service really is poor.

Agreed. I have just received my Copella apple juice, except it's not Copella, it's another brand entirely. If they have substituted the Copella juice with another one because they have run out, and if it's still going to be free then that's fine, but I have no way of knowing until I get my invoice!

Their service is quite bad. Last time I placed an order they charged me £4.99 for a cool bag that was supposed to be free, and they left my shopping on the floor (not in a bag or anything) even though I left a bucket lined with plastic on my doorstep.

Also, I don't like the way you have to phone them with questions regarding your order. If you can place orders online you should be able to contact them online. I have just writted a letter of complaint to them about their service which I will be posting on Monday.

Try calling first. They were very quick with me from dialing, going through the automated service and speaking to customer services (CS) - around 1 min 30 secs.

They have now made a new order for me with an extra bottle free. I should now be getting 2 bottles on Monday. :T

Still never paying them for anything though, its still unacceptable. The invoice on their site says its been delivered but CS says his screen says it hasn't
