Hi dormy,
We have an older thread that might help you so I'll merge your thread with it to keep all the suggestions together.

If you google 'junckers rustic oil' then you will find several suppliers who accept orders online. We have thick oak worktops from Ikea which look gorgeous when oiled. It only takes five minutes to do and both protects the wood and brings out the beautiful grain.
I looked everywhere locally but had to buy online in the end, a huge tin cost about £12. I love rustic oil as it leaves a flat, matt surface. I really don't like the glossy look some oils can give.
Enjoy your wood! I find it very theratutic sanding out all my scorch marks and red wine spills....I must stop cooking whilst tipsy.:rotfl: Wood is extremely forgiving.Katie.0
