seeking child support from an ex partner

How can i go about getting money from an ex partner for his daughter as i am possitive he is working but hasnt declaired or paid any money for around 8 years but he can afford to have 2 cars and go to Florida on holiday for 3 weeks

    Like DUTR posted, if you haven't already, contact the CSA (or ask him direct, perhaps, but if he's refused for 8 years that will probably be a waste of time). If you have already contacted the CSA before and they've never collected any money from him, appeal for a variation on the grounds that his declared income is inconsistent with his lifestyle. If he's working cash in hand or fiddling the system, there will be very little the CSA can do ... all you can do is to report him for fraud.
