I've just found that there is an offer in Argos at the moment where you can claim back 50% of the cost of certain items from the PlaySkool range (minimum spend £20.00).

I've just read the cashback form and could do with an experts advice on something in the smallprint:

Only one refund per household (same name, same address).

Does this mean my mum is unable to claim back on items she wishes to purchase for my baby because we live at the same address? Our surnames are not the same, so can we qualify for two cashback cheques?

I thought the offer was quite nice, especially for anyone looking for Christmas bargains.
