I keep reading on the forum about Home Bargains - please could someone tell me where I can find them, is it an online store or a shop that only operates in certain parts of the country?

Chain of shops. They do a lot of clearance lines, surplus stock, etc. You can get some remarkable bargains there (and a lot of trash too, so be selective). Much of the good stuff appears once only, so they are worth visiting regularly.

I go to my local branch before doing the big shop at a mainstream supermarket. I take the main list and get what I can there first.

Nearest one to me is 34 miles away,but looking at their site I am impressed that they have clear pictures of people up to no good in and around their stores that they want to catch or identify.I wish all supermarkets would do this so we can stop the scumbags.
