Boots half price toys in Cardiff

I went shopping in cardiff yesterday popped into boots and there were rows and rows of toys half price

I spent £70 :eek: but the kids a:eek:re all bought for christmas now

some buys were

DUPLO fire engine was £18 now £9
Duplo bus was £18 now £9
Playmobile car was £20 now £6.50
Playmobile Pirate island £5
playmobile burglars £2
Playmobile Police bike £3
Playmobile vet £6.50 (can you guess that DS is having a playmobile christmas lol)
Tou Story book light £2.50
Toy story magic flannels 50p
Toy story pens £1
Play doh under the sea £5
Mega bloks was £10 now £4

and loads more


PLUS 10 points per £1 !!!!!!!! so an extra £7 in point

Plus bought OH a digital camera half price now £70 so got 700 points plus 500 bonus off the advantage machine

Wow ladies some great bargains there, my Boots is rubbish and never seems to have any decent bargains, I live in the hope that one day I go in and find some amazing bargains!

Phoned Glasgow Fort today and they said did not have any reductions in the toy department :-(

I was in the big store in Bath Southgate today; they had no reductions on toys and when I asked about it the lady shook her head in confusion.

Same here, just been to Lakeside Boots and no reductions there either...best stick with the 3for2 online instead....

Was in Cambridge centre store today and lots of discounts being made while I was there.
We got lego star wars droid bomber for £11 instead of £22 and a lego pink box £6.50 from £13.
Loads of others but cannot remeber any now - sorry was being harassed by 2 children who found just what they wanted (happy me as I paid with points!)
Good end to their holidays.

This sounds like stores are clearing away old stock for the new Christmas stock coming in. My local store has not got any reductions but they hardly have any stock anyway!
