Are you sure you didn't goto a broker and got charged a brokerage fee?
The fact you submitted your bank details to them indicates you were signing up for a service.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -
No I have found on here and the net alot of people had same problems. The companies site states no upfront fees, the details are put in for them to debit if you take the loans which are(not) provided. There are no T&C about this at all, the company taking the money isn't even real. The phone number isn't real and when you email you get no answers, no loans have been given to people.
I can't understand though how this 'company' have been allowed to carry on, apparently all the correct authorities are aware but nothings been done
The legal charge brokers can charge is £5 apparently, this is discussed alot on the sites0 -
Hi Alfchild,
That is disgraceful! It doesn't sound like the kind of things that Payday loan companies usually do though... And it's not one I'd heard of before?
The usual culprits are Wonga, Quickquid, Payday UK, and so on...
I assume there is no number for you to get back in touch with them?0 -

No but after a night that couldn't sleep found loads of info on other forums about them, on here people question about them using Cornwall Collections, so copied and pasted the details on there hope its helped other as seems nobodies been on lol0 -
The whole idea of these things really upsets me. It's people taking advantage of the vulnerable. Again. I know people 'choose' to take out the loans, but if people are desperate, they're going to try and use them.
Awful, awful things.Disgruntled saver (hating low interest rates) who LOVES a good survey and a freebie!
