there are numerous codes for lx direct and none of them are working. they say to contact an 0870 number for further assistance. the only code i can get to go through is 5% discount which is about £7 for the item i want. i would like the £15 or £20 discount and to make the order through quidco for extra cashback. the phone operators are obnoxious and say the site is experiencing technical difficulties for online codes!!! they want to know my agency number but i keep saying i want to make a cash order. a ny help would be appreciated.
