    I am also dealing with the OR in hull, so far they have been really good to deal with and fair.

    Just waiting on wether they will accept our valuation, done by local surveyor.

    Our property has dropped in value considerably since the flood of 2007, we were flooded but could'nt get th repairs done professionally as our insurance had run out, so we have been doing bits ourselves since then - we're hoping the OR will accept this reason as to why oiur property is worth less than others close by.
