Yours Clothing quality

I'm not usually one to whinge, but today I was unimpressed when I found that my jeans from yours had a irreparable hole in them.

Ok I'm not the skinniest of people, and the hole was where my thighs are making the most friction, but I'm not wearing the biggest size Yours makes either, I'm only a size 16. I bought the jeans in April this year, and as Yours clothing is aimed at the more well-rounded ladies, I was expecting them to last a bit longer than 4 months.

Would I have grounds for complaint about the quality of the fabric used, or it is just down to experience and to shop elsewhere.

Any thoughts about the jeans welcome x

I think this happens a lot to jeans and trousers no matter where you get them from if your thighs rub. Yours is on the cheaper side though but I think that four months isn't that bad especially if you have been wearing them a lot.

Its only only the cheaper side as it stocks overstocks, and end of season lines from other stores though, so if you'd bought them from where they were sold originally, would you have expected them to last? There's usually a bit of label left on their stuff, can you tell where it came from originally? I wouldn't complain personally, as I always expect my big fat thighs to break free eventually, aspecially if I wear the stuff a few times a week.

I hate to say it but in my experience, you get what you pay for where jeans are concerned. I buy stuff from TK Maxx, stuff by Levi, Replay, Radcliffe, Diesel and they last for ages. Infact I sell the off or give them to charity shops rather then bin them, I have though chucked high street jeans before though, I find its mainly the shape that dies on me but I also find they can rip easily -one time a pen in my back pocket ripped through the pocket, another time the leg on a pair ripped. Its annoying and I'd say if it happened within about 6-8 months I'd go back to the store/contact the store online as this is not good enough. But it is common in my experience.

    Hope you get it sorted.
