Cant remember the xbox one, but it is working. Went to another tesco with the offer displayed for the xbox and gotw - the discount came off though.

I, for one never have any luck with R & R, and they never take more than 10% of coupons, so Asda now has my custom, which I find slightly cheaper than Tesco's.

To be honest I would personally switch to Asda for most things. I use and have always used both but just lately Tesco is taking more money off me than Asda.

Online shopping at Tesco is great due to clubcard offers.

Asda do not seem to like doing deliveries so can not comment.

Sainsbury, well they just have a knack of being in the right place.

Save £10 when bought with the PSP

Similar with the DS.

I managed to get the last copy of tekken from the shelf and went and paid.

My heart started racing when I realised the £10 discount didnt come off!

I went home for a cuppa and returned back to the store. I was told that I would only get the game for free as the discount only applied to the game.

I went outside and phoned HO, who put me through to one of two people who have been assisgend to deal with this as there have been so many calls.

He asked me to email a copy of the receipt, which I have done, and now waiting to hear back.

The sign in the shop didnt state that the £10 discount applied to the game. I beleive it applies to both, as without one you cant have the other.

My partner went back in and purchased a Nintendo DS - the discount didnt show on the receipt. She is going to contact HO at some point tomorrow.

Well Done.......shows you how incompetant they are...not taking the offer down after your purchase....

PSP "was" Tekken?

thats how it works then, it was Tekken, now its something else so discount isnt coming off?
