Ok, I'm going to ask a really dumb question.

Can anyone tell me where the self scan machines are in Tesco Extra in Batley, West Yorkshire? I wandered around there on Monday and couldn't for the life of me find one! Do Tesco do eye tests yet? LOL

They got removed a few months ago, after the extension was built

There's a whole thread on self-scan machines and their locations ...... but whenever I want it, I can never remember where it is!

But now I've found it again!!!!!!!!!!

Has anyone had a full refund yet who took a partial refund (on the game only)? After being fobbed off the first time with HO, I got through to someone more sensible and this pm I had a message from Joanne to call back. I am just wondering how others have handled this situation before I do?

Yes, I took a partial last week.......then spoke to Joanne, and she authorised the console refund.....By offering you a partial refund, the store has actually admitted the mis price......

That list needs updating. The one in the nappy isle is no longer there

Thanks everyone. I shall try the homewares and if that fails, I shall ask at CS.
