i recently posted a thread about the perfume but have now realised that he needs a laptop much more,
i'd like something that's quite stylish but at the same time is really good. i'm not the techie type and have a budget of around 250pounds. any ideas please?

Your best bet is to keep an eye on the Argos Clearance Store on Ebay. There are no laptops available there for your budget at the moment but there may be some over the next few days. There are plenty of netbooks however.
