M&S/Oxfam Clothes Exchange

Has anyone ever used this? It seems like a fairly good deal - take your M&S clothes into an Oxfam shop, and they'll give you a £5 voucher when you spend £35 on clothes and homewares. I don't shop in M&S often, but this might come in handy to someone!

On one day in 8th September they'll have stalls within Marks so you can drop off clothes and then spend your vouchers straight away!
September Challenges
Earn an extra £10 a day (£0/£300)
Exercise 3x a week (0/12)

Overall
Pay off overdraft (-£2000/-£2000)

  • I did this a couple of times last year and was actually wondering if the scheme was still going so your post has helped me! I took a carrier bag of clothes each time and just made sure the top ones had M&S labels. There were details on either M&S or Oxfam's website I read which indicated the clothes did not all have to be M&S ones. The Oxfam assistant did check the top item though for an M&S label.

I've done it a few times. When i am having a clear out I ensure that I keep at least one M & S garment back for the next month, as vouchers relate to a specific month.

In fact, I have a bag from a Summer sort out to go now. £5 off winter range.
