Morning all
Happy moving day Sally - hope everything goes well. :j
Tis a gorgeous early autumn day here, lots of dampness in the air first thing and a really fresh feel....the sun is shining but it's by no means hot.
My tumble drier arrived at 8.30am - can't fault Mr S's delivery - I only ordered on Thursday morning :T (delivery was free too where as Comet wanted to charge £18odd for the privilage) It's all set up and going with some towels to see how quickly it dries and as it's a condenser drier I've been able to "plumb it in" so I don't have to keep emptying the water container.....bonus!

Kat I was thinking about her too yesterday. Checked her profile and her last post was 10 August. Hope she's ok.

Katsu,
I have emailed Pap-she is ok, her Mom has been poorly but is on the mend now. I know she would love some happy kind thoughts sent her way. We miss you and love you Pap! xxxEmpty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
I had a PM from Pap when I signed in yesterday, but it was from about a month ago. Guess I was away quite a long time.

Hope you are okay Pap."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Morning all. Just peeked round my curtains and saw blue sky for the first time since I've been back from hols. Got a list of things I should be doing today (like unpacking - oosps) but it doesn't match my list of what I'd like to be doing today.
I suppose I should tackle the yukky jobs first and then enjoy the nice ones, but I've spent so much of my life procrastinating that I think I've got a Masters in it
Still....first things first. Cup of caffeine, porridge and then another cup of caffeine. Then I'll see how I feel.
I LOVE weekends!!!! (especially long ones).YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)
really....it's not hard to understand :T0 -

I was getting a bit worried about pap as well. Take care xx
I now have purple nails
The caretaker at work said there was loads of brambles/blackberries (what do you call them?) behind some of our classrooms. I decided to be a bit motivated and popped to work. Looks like the lion's share of the haul would have been about a week ago as there were tonnes but a lot have got a bit yuck/furry. I have picked a takeaway tub full though which is plenty for my needs
It was nice to get the fresh air for a little bit but I feel a bit tired and scratchy throat now so am back home to chill.
Hmm.......bramble gin, brandy or vodka........:D
