Got a postcard this morning addessed to "present occupier" which along with the address is hand written, on the back is a printed sticker saying:

"please contact 0144 2560 201 and ask for Natalie as soon as possible. This is an urgent matter. Thank you"

I'm paying my debts through an admin order and as far as im aware dont owe nothing else. Ive rung the number and it either goes straight to BT's 1571 answer machine or rings and rings and then goes to answer machine?

i would have thought that if this your debt they would know your name just leave a mesage telling them to write to you with information about what they want and see what happens chances are they are a loan company targeting everyone in you area

It's addressed to 'Present Occupier' - if they were looking specifically for you they'd have your name and address on it. Sounds like a scam to me to be honest
