Requesting a CCA whilst in a payment arrangement?

I've currently got 2 payments going to Aktiv Kapital for 2 defaulted loans. These date back quite a few years. Can I request my CCA for these or is the fact that i pay an agreed amount monthly going to be a problem?

Anyone know what procedure I would follow as I'm not sure. I've not got any copies of the original agreements.

    Yes, you have a right to ask for a copy of anything, at any time. The thread on the link below should help with proceedure/template letters.

    I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
    (Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)

    As of the last count I have cleared     [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt. :(

    Thanks for the reply.

    So hopefully the fact that they have been taking payments from me for quite a few years doesn't cause too many problems then? When I started paying I didn't know about CCA requests and enforcability etc.
