1. Offer open to UK residents aged 18 and over, other than employees (and their families) of the Promoter, their agents and anyone else professionally associated with the promotion including Sony Music Group.


2. Only one claim per person.


3. The Promotion of a free Feelin Good MP3 Player and exclusive version of The Dance album is open to persons who test drive a Punto Evo between 16th August and 21st September. Upon completion of the Test Drive you will be given a postcard with details of a website and a unique code to enter along with your full name, contact number email and postal delivery address to receive your MP3 Player and album.


4. Gifts will be dispatched within 28 days of receipt of the application on the redemption website.


5. Closing date for redemption is 10th October 2010.


6. The promoter is not responsible for lost claims or entries or incorrect or invalid data submitted by the entrant.


7. Participants will receive as a gift, one Feelin Good MP3 Player plus an exclusive version of the Faithless album The Dance. The album includes an exclusive re-mix of the track Feelin Good. The Feelin Good MP3 Player and Faithless album are subject to stock availability and on a first come first served basis.

General Terms and Conditions


1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity.


2. Entries that are incorrect or incomplete will be void. No refund will be made for the cost of any entry. The Promoter may refuse to award a prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under the Terms and Conditions.


3. In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the operation of any part of the promotion, the decision of the Promoter shall be final.


4. The Promoter is not responsible for network, telephone line or communication failures of any kind or for entries that are incomplete, corrupted, incomprehensible or not received before the closing date and time. Such entries will be void.


5. The promoter assumes no responsibility for damages, losses or injuries that result from acceptance or use of any prize, provided that nothing in the Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its staff or supplier’s negligence or for fraud.


6. The Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively governed by the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
