I've the 4800-2400 canon 965i and have never bought a cartrige still on the orignals. Just top up with Ink.
Get the microfiltered stuff that is identical to canon's. I use selectafont for ink and euroinkjet for refil kits. selectafont inks are not cheap but then a new head costs alot!
I've had the printer 18 months refilled >20 time no problems heavey usesage mainly photos!Seth.0 -

.
I think the best thing will be to try the northdevon colour cartridge, or maybe try choicestationary AND northdevon to compare the results.
I liked choicestationary free delivery option, shouldnt be too excessive anyway.
Has anyone tried both these brands?.
thx
