b+q and fitted kitchens

I'm thinking of buying a b+q kitchen but don't want to pay the exhorbatant cost of having them fit it. Does anyone know how I go about finding a safe reliable good kitchen fitter in north london who is also reasonably priced - not asking for much I know!
woudn't mind if they wanted to work eves/weekends - is only small kitchen!

I would ask for this to be moved to the DIY forum, or post there. They have a board for asking whether quotes are fair as well. Might get more response there :)
