What mortgage please help

recently sold my property need to borrow 129k for my new one. currently with Abbey but want to go on the 2yr fixed at 4.99 got to pay them booking fee of 499.0 plus valuation of 430.0 are there any good deals out there that one of you might know off hand.

There are quite a few options cheaper than Abbey on rate. You would need to look at the fees to see if they would be good for you though. Some just slightly cheaper, with similar fees, so may be worth looking at other options.

Just spoke to abbey did the im taking my mortgage elsewhere banter have now been offered fixed 5.09 but no survey fee and £250.0 cashback contemplating do i dont i! problem is my husband only has one yr of accounts not many lenders will give us a mortgage0

Also here's a good site for a quick comparison to see how Abbey compare to a few others. There are some at under 4% but with all the fees that come with them, staying with Abbey may be the best option in the end
