I get paid £11,000 Im 20years old
Does this go up when Im 21 in September?
I currently work 40hours per week?

Im a little confused on how to work out my hourly rate aswell!
I work 9 - 5.30
I get 20 days hoilday a year (April to April)
half n Hour for lunch - Non paid.

I came up with £5.28 an hour.

11000/52/5/8=5.288(something) No idea if I'm right or not.

Yes you will be entitled to the NMW increase in October when the bracket changes down to 21 years plus (it's currently 22 years plus) and you should be paid £5.93 ph making your salary £12334.40 PA.
