Tilapia - any good recipes?

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can suggest a nice recipe for Tilapia! I've got 6 people coming round for dinner on Saturday, sent my OH out to buy some salmon (boring I know, but safe!) and he caught sight of the Tilapia and brought me 6 back from Tescos! The problem is I have no idea what to do with it and there's no mention of it in any of my recipe books, not even the old faithful Good Housekeeping bible.

Please help!
