So sorry to hear you had such a bad experience with this.:( I got my sample yesterday - no problems whatsoever. The lady in Debenhams at first wanted to give me a 15 ml pot of 'something', but then she realised she had made a mistake, and gave me the 'real', 4 ml sample.
