droyds - badgering for more money....

Options
I have been paying droyds a £500 debt off for about 7 months now at £7 a month.......i set it up as a standing order then i wouldnt forget.........then about 3 months ago they began asking for more money - i explained i couldnt afford more so they then began saying they are in the process of court proceedings........

ive just received the same letter again - in the process of court proceedings if i dont offer them a better amount....

i know they shouldnt badger you for more money - could someone help me write a letter to them to get them off my back please?

thanks

Use template, when a creditor refuses your offer of payment. ALso attach to the letter a SOA (a budget sheet).

They can ask all they like, but you pay only what you can afford. If they go for a CCJ they risk it been granted but at a monthly payment of less than what you are already paying.

Just keep sending your current monthly repayments by standing order.
