Hooray! Can't believe it's finally arrived!
I won a Pre paid Visa Card back on the 22nd March for £50. They reckon they posted it out a month later but to the wrong address, despite my typing my name and address on the form! It has taken me many, many months of emails and phone calls so about three weeks ago, I finally involved the IPM (thanks again for the contact details Toni
).
They worked wonders and managed to get my prize upped from £50 to £100 for the hassle and had both the Card and PIN couriered to me today. :j
I was determined not to give up and glad I didn't!
Thanks again to the original OP and to all you lovely posters.
