good experienced dressmaker in/nr nottingham ?

I'm disabled, short and dumpy, and find it very difficult to buy clothes off the peg.
I used to have a very good dressmaker in Sheffield, but she has been forced into retirement due to arthritis in her hands
..
I've tried buying clothes and altering them, but I'm no good at it at all.
So, do you know of/are you an experienced dressmaker, who would be able to help me. I need smart 2 piece outfits (skirt & unfitted blouse type), for work and for going out, a couple of skirts that I have bought need shortening, and I would like a couple of work dresses for the winter. I might need a Christmas ballgown.
With my previous dressmaker I would buy patterns and fabric, and she would be able to adapt the patterns to my awkward shape. I normally had 3 fittings for most outfits.
