Thanks debtinfo, I just find it odd that the insolvency company have said that if in hubbys name (any bill) that he should put on his br. I understand I need to put it and show how much bills are and that there would be a defacit on mine.
You see if I do a joint soa with hubby they will included my child tax and carers as an income, but if I do the way this company are saying, because my income is made up of benefits they wont be able to give me an ipa.
I understand what you are saying about an ipa but surely everyone who is on low income would rather avoid an ipa, it just closes the option to hubby for 3 years.

If your income is solely derived from benefits you will not get an IPA anyway.

as i said, the section you fill in is not about you deciding what is going to be included into the calculation it is simply the OR collecting together all of the relvent information.

It really doesnt matter anyway as the OR can read both your SOA's anyway

Also just to that if the OR gets wind that you are using an insolvency company to fill your forms out for you then they will probably go through your figures with an even finer tooth comb to stop as they often advise their clients to put down things that are not accurate

Thanks Dojoman, but would they class carers as an income? Oh and Child Tax. I'm not at the moment on anything like income support or housing/council tax benefits.

Thanks debtinfo, but its a bit of a tricky one this, we are going br due to a shortfall in the house and also some smallish debts, we can manage with payment arrangements at the moment but think we should just get sorted once and for all, so we are not sure whether to go br after baby born and before hubbys work situation changes in which case we may get an ipa for 3 years, or sit it out and wait and see if hubbys hours are cut so therefore he may not get ipa and then after discharge can look at changing job. I understand that if he gets ipa and job changes he has to inform OR but then isnt an ipa just suspended so if he did get a higher paid job his ipa would then start again. Hope all this makes sense.
