Hi
I have been paying the royal bank of scotland token payments which they refused, I have continue to send payments but have received a letter from Green and Co solicitors acting on behalf of Triton headed "notification to commence legal proceeding"
the letter says i have one final opportunity to pay or it will go to court and i will get a CCJ
Any advice would be appreciated
thanks

we had triton they are very nasty to deal with, do you have a dmp with this. also how old the debt, as if it is years ago, as ours was RBS could not find a credit agreement and wiped out the debt, of £1300. If you have any other debts china, l would do a soa, see what you can afford, we also had letter of green and co, We told them we were with Payplan. Rule of thumb print your name if you have to write to them, some people can lift your signed name,0
