Personal spending money

well me and my husband give ourselves £20 a week. he smokes, so that is where his goes. i usually save mine till end of week and put it in my "holiday find" tin. but thats just my personal thing-id prefer to do that then spend it on something i dont really need. it adds up over a month! and if you did that for a year-youd have over £1000! enough for a family holiday!

We have £40 a week between us for all the extras, if there is any left on a thursday this goes into "savings pot" and new pocket money is given out on fridays, anything in the savings pot can be used for one off treats like a trip to a theme park etc
