I arrived at 11.45 on the Sunday morning last time (1pm opening).
There were ~300 people in front of me, but it only took until 1.20pm to get in. Another 20 mins queueing up to pay, and then out the door. You get a ticket for the item you want to buy, but it's one for each of the offer items, per person only. So best to bring someone with you if you're going to buy more than one of something, or ask nicely around you in the queue (got someone to get me a ticket for a second vacuum last time).
I did get asked at the till how I had two cleaners, so had to let on my mother was with me and still browsing down the back of the shop.
