Check out the Nectar site

Although I'm quite savvy with Tesco points and deals, I never quite know what to do with my Nectar points. Is there a particular Nectar 'deal' that stands head and shoulders above the rest (in terms of getting best value)?
Thanks.0 -
Adams if you have children under 10. Every 500 nectar points is worth £5 in ADams as opposed to £2.50 in Sainsbury, Argos etc. You need to convert points to vouchers though cannot just swipe the card as you can in Argos.0

If you are near a cannons health club check out how many points it is for a month's membership for two- I think it costs the equivalent of £10. Also search the forums for nectar as there have been lots of similar posts which will have ideas on them.0

Make sure that you register your card on nectar.com. You'll then get a chance to play the spin to win game.
I won 500 points = £2.50 for free. One hundred years from now it won't matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, how much money I had in the bank, nor what my clothes looked like but the world may be a little better because, I was important in the life of a child.0 -
Well you can exchange/swap them for tesco voucher points with other MSE users..I tend to give away my tesco extra points/food/wine vouchers to other people. I would not mind swapping them instead!..I've heard that some people exchange vouchers on other forums but I'm not too sure how does this works?0
