Bank Complaint

I am going to be making a complaint against my bank wirth regards to their "help" since the loss of my job.

Just a brief background. I have two accounts (different banks) one for my JSA, the other has all my DDs and stuff. The last account, I though I had got back on track this month, only to be hit with four charges (£32 as Barclays) - so some payments made on the same day (DDs and SOs) have been returned. Therefore next month I will be in the same position, having just got back on track again.

My complaint against the bank will centre on the Lending Code and their lack of help. (Hopefully with a view to getting some charges back) Are there any other regulations I can use in my complaint?

Advice gratefully recieved. (and I do not consider, "get a job", "spend less", or "dont buy things you cant afford to be advice" - only directed at a few who tend to roast new members asking some questions - however, I am not new, just a different username)
