Am I being unreasonable?

I asked our company’s pension financial administrators to tell me the charges on my AVC, since they are never listed in our yearly statements. This was back in early July and I’ve heard nothing since. I would have thought two months was more than enough time for them to work this out – or am I being unreasonable?
Also, I’m still missing an annual statement from 2002 which I’ve asked them for again and again. Can I get stroppy about this, or should I just let it go?

You are not being unreasonable but upto 6 months is not uncommon with occ schemes. Especially if the request does the rounds between employer, trustees and administrators which happens very often.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0

Rather you than me. I wouldnt risk my house/finances to be an unpaid pension trustee. Especially in the current environment.
As a trustee, you should raise the poor admin standards of the administrators at your next meeting. It may be time to look at alternative administrators.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). I'm thinking along those lines already - the trouble is, all the other trustees (who I think may have been on the cusp of negligent) have been on the board longer than I. I was elected by the members and sometimes I feel like a union leader at the directors' board meeting.0
