Allocation questionaire? Bank charges

Hi Guys, A quick bank charges Q - I've already posted on CAG, but no one has replied yet.... I filled in and sent off my allocation questionaire with the help of the court manager (did EXACTLY what she said!!!) a while ago, and today I received a copy of lloyds' allocation Q and a note from the solicitors asking for a copy of mine. I don't have one to send them, and I can't find the copy I kept for myself (clearout at the weekend should turn it up though). I was under the impression that it wasn't compulsory to send them a copy - anyone been here and know what I should do?
