If both cases went through the CSA they would assess you at 20% of net shared between the 2 PWC so £34 per week each. If mother x has gone to CSA then you need to get mother y to do it also otherwise they will assess you at 15% of net for the CSA case and ignore any private arrangement you have0

if you go to the CSA web site, there's a calculator https://secureonline.dwp.gov.uk/csa/v2/en/calculate-maintenance.asp
I believe that you will need to get pwc2 to open her own csa case so that the maintance can be split 10% each otherwise they will calculate as only one child at 15%. Remember you also get a reduction based on how many over night stays you have.0 -
A parent or person with care or a non-resident parent can ask us to work out child maintenance and set up a payment arrangement.alwayspuzzled wrote: »if you go to the CSA web site, there's a calculator https://secureonline.dwp.gov.uk/csa/v2/en/calculate-maintenance.asp

Well i get both kids on a minimum off 3 nighs a week.2 without fail.I think i can get Mother Y to make a case as we still get on.Probably helps that she cant stand mother X as is just out for money since day 1 and has never worked.(except a cash in hand job every weekend for the last 3 years) which i dont wanna bring up but i dunno if her income comes into it ? if it does then she is never gonna declare it and i would get shafted so id need to tell them but dont wanna annoy her as she will punish me by stopping me seeing the kid0

Don't forget that the people on here are the ones who have had problems with the CSA, and hopefully are the minority.0

You need to get mother Y onto the csa system ASAP so they can devide the money equally between the two mothers if you dont they will take all the money for X and not leave you enough to pay Y then when you challenge them about it you will be told you shoudnt have been paying Y cos they never told you too and that any hardship caused to Y will be your fault . this is exactly what happened to me you need to act quickly and get Y assesed onto the systemI only speak of my own experiences. and research that i have carried out whilst dealing with my own case with the child support agency0 -
