  • Thank you. I had a look at trust online before. Which address should I use to check though? I've been at a few since 2003 and have no idea which one a CCJ might have been issued under. Does that matter or will my current address show if anything is there?

There's nothing nasty showing on Experian's credit expert check, would a CCJ have dropped off there if it was over 6 years?

A CCJ would drop of your credit file after six years , you would have to check all addresses im afraid to be sure , why not send the prove it letter anyway , if there has been a CCJ they would have to reapply to a court if it has not been used in the six year period , i doubt they have one .
