I’m after a contact number for Lloyds Bowmaker mortgages ltd?

I need to get a letter of ‘no further interest’ in a Endowment policy from this old mortgage provider (1993). I’ve been trying to search the internet for a number to call but can’t find anything apart from Lloyds TSB.

Can someone advise me please?

used google searching Lloyds Bowmaker Mortgages ltd but got lloyds TSB when I phoned the numbers and they'd never heard of Bowmaker. thanks will try those numbers.

who is the endowment with? Im assuming you've eithe rpaid off or remortgaged from Bowmaker? I'd just ring the endowment company and tell then the situation - if the company doesnt exist then they can pay them. Companies house shows they dont exist:

Thanks, policies are due to mature next year. mortgage no longer with them or Lloyds. spoke with Friend Provident who said they need letter from them declaring no interest so am trying various Lloyds places so far they can't help...

I have my FA looking into it also....

I'd ask FP what they would do if you surrendered it. As you cant find them its most likely they cant find them, so what what they do?

Yep think that will have to be next step if FA can't find a solution. Actually FA may contact FP for me?

An FA who isn't independent won't do anything for you.

An IFA would - but expect to be charged a hefty fee for their time.

You could easily ring Friend's Provident.

All the contact addresses provided above appear to be LloydsTSB addresses either current or in the past.

Somebody, somewhere within LTSB, will know what happened to the mortgage accounts of Lloyds Bowmaker and will be able to sort out what you need sorting out.

I've spoken to a number of different people LTSB but obviously not the right one. They are saying that Lloyds Bowmaker was an inderpendant and therefore they have no information and can't help. My IFA business development manager for Lloyds has offered to contact them and try and help. I suspect they may know the right people to speak to?

I was planning to try FP again, thanks
