Rexel Spa Day Winners - Please read

I have not had my spa day package delivered so after a while of waiting I sent an email to Rexel to chase it up and to see when I would receive my prize.

I had an email this morning saying that they were sorry for the delay but they can assure me it has been delivered.

Has anyone else not had theirs delivered. I am very concerned as there has been someone in the house constantly in case of parcels or deliveries and I know that no one has tried to deliver this prize.

Not sure what to do to be honest, I feel a bit disappointed that most of my wins over the last month I have had to chase especially as I feel I'm getting nowhere with this one

Was this the daily winners one? - I won one but haven't received anything either. I will email them and tell them I haven't received mine.

This was the weekly draw one but I think it was the only Rexel competition running recently, the one where you had to shred the wrong(or right) answers.

Hope they manage to get the prizes sorted out, I spoke to them again the next day and they have confirmed prizes have been sent out already so not sure what has happened or whether anything will turn up.

I got my spa day voucher box by special delivery this morning. At least I am assuming it is that one as there was no paperwork with it!

Thanks for posting, postie scared me banging on the door at 8am to deliver mine too, haven't opened it but it is very heavy!! I wonder if the black stones from the hot stone treatment are included inside :rotfl:

So happy this one worked out without too much fuss, think the lady I spoke to might have been a bit flustered when she replied to my email.
