Best Bank Accounts with O/D facilities

I graduated over 2 years ago - and in that time my free overdraft has been cut from £1500 to £500 (fortunately the 1k is still there, fee free but at about 9.9%). Given the low interest rate it's the last of my debts I want to clear, but for various reasons (like hating HSBC over many things) I really want to change bank. Is there any bank who would offer me a similar or better deal on my O/D that you could recommend? Or am I best chosing a bank and begging?
