Have I won or not?

I've just had an email from Planet 49 and MyOffers saying "Congratulations..(my name)". Opening it brings up a message saying


Congratulations! You have just been nominated to be our possible winner!
We are happy to announce that you are one of our lucky three selected to win an Apple product:

I clicked on the link and had to fill in a puzzle and then give my details and answer some questions. Does this mean I have won an ipad or that I have won the chance to enter the competition? I hope it's the first, but thought I would post and see if anyone else has had the same email.

I thought so too nicolefrenzy, but for an ipad I figured it was worth the chance. Oh well, there is always next time.
