Anything which requires an upfront fee, coupled with high pressure tactics, is almost certainly a scam. There are escort agencies out there who do not operate with these tactics. Many do charge a fee of some sort or other, but usually in the form of commission off your earnings. I think the volume of negative posts above says it all about this one

Google the number at the top of the thread and the top links are all listing it as a scam.

I would, therefore, avoid it. One can't argue with Google.
