Help - looking for a letter in a previous post

A little while ago I was spending some time looking through the various forums and came across a very eloquent letter basically telling the debt collection agency where to go, saying their finances were handled by someone else and they did not need their help etc. I knew I should have bookmarked it, but I had to deal with an emergency shortly after and by the time I got back to my computer my mind was on other things. I know it is a long shot, but does anyone remember seeing this letter (it was in a quotation box too) and if so could you leave a link please. I would be very grateful. Thank you.
