So there are 2 items that I want which are showing in that list, although the reduced prices aren't showing. I have added to basket. Do they just stay there and price drops when the sale starts? So hypothetically, I could complete the payment tomorrow morning? How long do they stay in the basket for?0

Hi manda. The price will automatically drop when the sale starts, and yes you could pay for them tomorrow morning, but if the items go out of stock before then (i.e. if people actually proceed to checkout with them in their basket and pay for them) then they'll be removed from your basket. At least, that's my understanding of how their site works.0

They could go out of stock tonight and they would be removed from your basket. An item isn't secured until it has been paid for.0 -

Although, based on many people's experiences with M&S sales, even once you've paid for it, you could still get the dreaded 'out of stock' email later on..
