Anyone Used tapsuk.com?

as the question says, has anyone used tapsuk.com. I bought a sink from them online as they were the cheapest price.

I bought a Franke Planar 1.5 bowl sink for £335.98 and I was just wondering if they are a good company and if they will actually despatch and deliver quickly?

Taps UK. No way ever again.
Last february we had a nightmare getting a sink from them One of these composites. Not is stock as suggested. Then when it was delivered it was shattered. Complained & replacement promised. Waited a 2-3 weeks & chased it. Admin error. would send a replacement. That arrived broken as well - in the same place. Inadequately packed on both occasions.

Eventually - got a refund for the sink.

Nearly a year on and the very expensive tap drips. Raised the issue & got a polite response re disassembly & reassembly of ceramic component. Did as told to do but it still drips. The component has a seal that was pinched during manufacture.

Exchanging emails with them today. Basically - they will not stand by warranty - say that it is the manufacturers responsibility not theirs. I have firmly explained that as the prime seller they have been found to have supplied faulty goods = "not fit for purpose". Given them 7 days to supply a new component or a replacement tap. Not holding my breath. We are not talking 5p tap washers here. More like £30.

They take your money in a flash. But are a nightmare to deal with.
